Salary Range [based on year of experience] RM2,083.00 - RM9,549.00
Annual Salary Increment Rate RM225.00
Fixed Entertainment Allowance RM300.00

Responsibilities

  • To assist the Principal Assistant Director in supervising and coordinating the overall functions of the Enforcement Division;
  • To support other units in the Enforcement Division as and when required;
  • To work together in developing the Enforcement Division’s Standard Operating Procedures and Guidelines.
  • To establish and maintain a close working relationship with counterparts from other law enforcement agencies such as the Police, Bank Negara Malaysia Malaysia Anti-Corruption Commission and other ministries/agencies/regulators/ local authorities. 
  • To supervise, implement and enforce any other directions, instructions and orders made by the Commission.
     

Requirements

  • Bachelors of Law / Economics from university recognized by Malaysian government or any equivalent.
  • Preferable up to 3 years of experience in a related field;
  • Knowledge and/or experience of investigation and enforcement in Competition Law would be an advantage;
  • Experience and knowledge in using digital forensics software for investigation purposes would be an advantage;
  • Analytical, highly self-motivated, resourceful and able to work independently and in a team setting;
  • Excellent time management skills, highly resilient and able to accommodate tight deadlines;
  • Excellent communication skills, professional attitude and strong integrity; 
  • Excellent written and spoken skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
