Salary Range [based on year of experience] RM5,122.00 - RM11,637.00
Annual Salary Increment Rate RM270.00
Fixed Entertainment Allowance RM550.00
Fixed House Allowance RM700.00
Cost of Living Allowance RM300.00

Responsibilities

  • To lead the Management Services Division;
  • Responsible for the role and function of such units as;
    • Human Resource Unit
      • To manage matters relating to human resources such as;
        • Recruitment, contract appointment, renewal of contract, secondment, promotion, confirmation in service and staff scheme in service;
        • Employee benefit, leave management;
        • Performance management and staff appraisal;
        • Record for management and HR data for HRMIS and HR System.
        • Responsible for the organizational development planning of the Commission and manpower resources.
           
    • Administration and Training Unit
      • To manage matters relating to Administration and Training such as;
        • Leadership and Talent Development programmes, internal and external training for MyCC’s staff including Board of Directors and develop the succession planning;
        • Responsible for the maintenance and logistics management of the Commission.
        • Responsible for the coordination of the Commission events and official programmes.
           
    • Finance and Account Unit
      • To manage overall matters relating to Finance and Accounts including preparation of annual budget, annual report, processing, monitoring and maintaining of records of salary movement of MyCC’s staff.
         
    • Procurement and Asset Unit
      • Responsible for the planning and handling of procurement and management of the MyCC's assets.
         
    • Information Technology Unit
      • Responsible for the planning and handling of information technology and IT Master Plan of the MyCC.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from university recognized by Malaysian government
  • Min 10 years of working experience inclusive at least 2 years’ experience in Government Sector/Agency;
  • Priority will be given to the candidates who has experience in Government Sector/Agency more than 5 years;
  • Strong analytical and writing skills;
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English;
  • Independent, self-motivated and possesses great leadership skills;
  • Strong interpersonal skills;
  • Broad knowledge in Integrity and Internal Audit issues; In addition to the above requirements, the following values are highly desirable;
  • Well verse in government circulars / laws / policies and best practices.
  • Committed to organizational goals and objectives;
  • Has the ability to work under pressure; and
  • Always be ready to work overtime (including weekend) when required to perform any duties directed by the Chief Officer Executive.
  • Most importantly, he/she must show having the right attitude and strong integrity, upholds teamwork principle, willing to learn and listen, highly resilient and professional.
