MyCC AND MAICSA FORGE PARTNERSHIP TO STRENGTHEN GOVERNANCE

KUALA LUMPUR, 9 JULY 2025 – The Malaysia Competition Commission (MyCC) and the Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (MAICSA) yesterday formalized a strategic collaboration through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at enhancing awareness and compliance with the Competition Act 2010 as well as strengthening governance practices within the corporate sector.
