KUALA LUMPUR, 15 APRIL 2025 - The Malaysia Competition Commission (MyCC), an agency under the Ministry of Domestic Trade and Cost of Living (KPDN) has issued a Proposed Decision against 22 enterprises for their involvement in a price fixing agreement for the provision of child care services in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor.
