The Handbook is developed by the ASEAN Experts Group on Competition (AEGC) and aims at providing, in an easy to understand language, basic notions of substantive and procedural competition law applicable in ASEAN Member States, to the benefit of regional and transnational businesses engaged in the ASEAN region. The Handbook was first published in 2010, and updated in 2013 to take into account recent competition policy and law developments in ASEAN member states.
