The Malaysia Competition Commission (MyCC) is inviting the relevant government stakeholders to take part in a public consultation on the ‘Proposed Integration of Competition Impact Assessment (CIA) into Regulatory Impact Analysis (RIA)’ by providing feedback on the said proposed integration.
Visit the Malaysia Productivity Corporation’s Unified Public Consultation (UPC) portal to download the consultation documents and provide feedback by 21 July 2023.
