Tempoh Sebut Harga bagi perolehan ini adalah selama 15 hari kalendar bermula pada 28 Julai 2020 (Selasa) dan tarikh tutup sebut harga adalah pada 11 Ogos 2020 (Selasa).

Penyebut Harga hendaklah mengemukakan tawaran sebelum atau pada jam 12.00 tengah hari pada 11 Ogos 2020 (Selasa). Tawaran yang dikemukakan selepas jam 12.00 tengah hari TIDAK AKAN DIPERTIMBANGKAN.

Syarat-syarat, Arahan dan Maklumat lanjut mengenai pelawaan ini adalah dijelaskan di dalam Dokumen
Sebutharga dan boleh dimuat turun melalui laman sesawang MyCC, www.mycc.gov.my bermula pada 27 Julai
2020 hingga 6 Ogos 2020.

Kategori Teknikal dan Kategori Kewangan hendaklah di masukkan ke dalam sampul surat berasingan yang
berlakri dan ditandakan ”Kategori Teknikal” dan ”Kategori Kewangan” di sebelah kiri setiap sampul surat
berkenaan dan dialamatkan kepada Bahagian Khidmat Pengurusan, Suruhanjaya Persaingan Malaysia
(MyCC) Level 15 Menara SSM@Sentral, No. 7, Jalan Stesen Sentral 5, Kuala Lumpur Sentral, 50623
Kuala Lumpur.

“Kategori Teknikal” dan “Kategori Kewangan” hendaklah disekalikan dalam sampul bersaiz besar berlakri
(sealed) ke dalam Peti Sebut Harga di Unit Perolehan, MyCC seperti alamat di atas tidak lewat daripada jam
12.00 tengah hari pada 6 Ogos 2020. Dokumen Tawaran Sebut Harga yang lewat diterima tidak akan
dipertimbangkan.

Open Tender: Market Review on Transportation Sectors under the Competition Act 2010

Malaysia Competition Commission (the MyCC) is inviting potential qualified consultant(s) to submit a comprehensive proposal in conducting a ‘Market Review on Transportation Sectors under the Competition Act 2010. Interested consultants are advised to read this Term of Reference (TOR) thoroughly and submit both technical and financial proposals based on the attached TOR. Kindly submit both of the technical and financial proposals before 12 noon on 15 June 2020.

Please take note that the above submission is the process of selection for consultant to undertake the study. Thus, no charge to be imposed to MyCC for the above submission. The proposal and quotation shall be duly completed and enclosed in a sealed envelope marked “Market Review on Transportation Sector under the Competition Act 2010– Open Tender” on the top left-hand corner of the sealed envelope.
